I demand a long version.
this is spectacular.
simply.

If I can figure out why it's missing something, I will definitely finish it. c:

I realize this is several years old. but damn it. this is one of the best audio tracks I've ever heard. It's got that old music-box and dreamy, dare I say dark, feel.
this is truly a beautiful piece.

Darknez101 responds:

Nice to see its still being played and used in peoples projects, glad you like it :)

this trikes me as a nice background to a scenic moment in an indie game.
or background music for an open fielded 2d side-scroller.
in any case, this seems well executed, and extremely soothing. though a tad short for my tastes.
good job!

It does doesn't it! No worries man, I have plans on to probably extending it! :)

WOW - I've heard many tries at the theme, but very few capture the essence that the original does.
this was extremely well done, though I would've taken the kick down a bit, as it kinda stole the show so to speak.
otherwise - it sounded beautiful!

thanks

I remember listening to this a little while back - and when i heard "run" - I kinda blank faced.
I was like; "sin...sinistar?"
then; "I amammmm.... SINISTAR!"
I think that it was pretty wonderful how you incorporated it.
I may or may not want to find out what program you use, and how you do those drops.... I can't for the life of me figure that out. and there aren't many coherent tutorials out there which work for me.
in any case - this was superb.

RUN RUN

personally - I thought it started off a bit too slow, didn't build fast enough. overall - I could see that you went for this, but it could have been shortened just slightly, as it seemed redundant at parts. don't get me wrong - I thought it sounded nice and clean, save for the beginning. ( and a few odds and ends. )
nice sound - pretty fluid as well.
this is actually my first 'review.'
and I'm not hard to win over. which this did.

RapidSlap responds:

Thanks for the feedback! :) The drums in the beginning is mainly just for easy mixing in (DJ's find this handy).
